The training was implemented on-line as a webinar and aimed to qualify and enhance the performance of the National Reference Laboratories (NRL) staff for diagnostics of Globodera rostochiensis and G. pallida. Provided guidance for a reference method for species detection from isolated nematode cysts using a real-time PCR test.
