The meeting will be held online in three parts:

• Monday 22 September (10:00-12:00) dedicated to (1) shelf-life studies;
• Thursday 6 November (14:00-16:00) dedicated to (2) detection and enumeration;
• Tuesday 18 November (14:00-16:00) dedicated to (3) characterisation and typing.
