2025 EURL Lm Proficiency test on typing

Test reports:

►  Online test report (Molecular Serotyping by PCR) to be filled out by Friday 29 August 2025.

►  Online test report (Molecular Serotyping & Clonal Complex determination by GenoListeria) to be filled out by Friday 29 August 2025.

►  Online test report (cgMLST) to be filled out by Friday 29 August 2025.

 

Beware that the test reports are not linked with leila. Therefore be careful to keep the link you will get to be able to come back and modify your entries.

Nevertheless once validated you will not be able to modify your test report(s).

REMINDER - Conditions for presenting results:

  • ● Test report for each typing method should be completed with the detailed instructions used by the participants: Serotypes and clonal complex have to be reported into the online test report and a record of the results sheet is to be kept in pdf.
  •  
  • ● The results sheet in pdf must be sent via FTP: each participant must put his results in a file on the FTP by coding it with a password (the password should be created by the participant) which must be transmitted to the EURL Lm in the test report.
  •  
  • ● For the cgMLST WGS typing the participants should send:
    •           ○ Quality control report in PDF files of raw data (for example fastqc script or Fastp) sent via FTP.
    •           ○ The file of raw reads in fastq format with a minimum of coverage 20 for each sample.
    •           ○ The assembly fasta files for each sample.Syntax for the names of samples in each file should be only the prefix preceding the first underscore in the file name. For example, st1_R1.fastq , st1_R2.fastq should be named st1 in the fastq and the fasta files (ex: st1.fasta).
    •           ○ For the allelic profiles comparison: the participant have to provide a allelic profiles file for each strain (excel format .xlsx and .pdf format).
    •           ○ The participant should be careful not to include contaminated strains in the final panel and results (profiles allelic). A detailed document for seqSphere+ is available in the EURL website to define the allelic profile. The results files should be named as follows:
      •                     - For profiles allelic: profiles-allelic-LabID.xlsx and profiles-allelic-LabID.pdf (ex: profiles-allelic-Lab1.xlsx and profiles-allelic-Lab1.pdf).
    •           ○ The participants should not use the EFSA One Health WGS System to provide the PT results; the results provided with this system will not be evaluated.
